Shipping is free to much of North America. This includes the contiguous states of the USA and urban areas in Canada. Delivery is by lift-gate to your curbside.
We use several LTL companies to carry out
our deliveries. The shipping rate quoted for the continental USA is by
lift-gate to a curbside. The shipper will not deliver the item into a house
as their insurance does not cover this aspect of delivery.
charges apply to all other areas including Alaska, Hawaii and Caribbean
Islands. If you are outside of the Free Shipping areas or are unsure if you
qualify and would like to place an order please contact us using the
information on the Contact Us page for the best rate.
Our shipping rate to Canada includes all
duties, broker fees, Canadian sales tax etc.
There will be no additional charges
for lift-gate delivery to the curbside in Canada.
The price you see is the total price
While browsing our products you will notice that the product's
"Availability" is listed under its product information. This is the time it takes
for the product to be prepared at our warehouse and given to a shipper. The
time that the product spends in transit will vary depending on your location.

Provides residential delivery curbside at street level via tractor trailer.
Driver will bring crated tub from truck via lift-gate to street level at
curbside. You are responsible for making arrangements to have item(s) brought
into your home, garage, etc. Lift-gate service is included on our tubs. The
truck driver will not bring the tub into your home.
The driver is not responsible for bringing freight into house, garage, etc.
and does not assist with unpacking, set up or clean up.
Carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Appointments are
available during normal business hours (Monday-Friday) and span an
approximate 4-hour period. Please include a daytime phone number in the
shipping information at the time of check out. Extraordinary delivery
requirements may create additional delivery charges.
Spatial Restrictions and Obstructions
Spatial restrictions and obstructions include: small gravel road, low hanging
trees or just insufficient space in general for tractor trailer to make
delivery. Customer is responsible for advising us at the time of order or the
carrier when they call to schedule delivery appointment if the delivery
location is not accessible to tractor-trailers so appropriate modifications
(delivery or pick up location, type of truck required, etc.) can be made in
advance. If we discover after shipping that the freight company cannot
deliver the tub to your residence, we will notify you and have either the tub
held at the nearest terminal for three business days or try to arrange
delivery to another location. If the tub remains undelivered, the tub will
return to us and we will bill you for the actual storage and shipping charges
Inspection upon Delivery
is your responsibility to inspect merchandise before delivery agent's
If the merchandise
appears to be damaged in any way, please refuse the delivery and notify us
immediately and we will dispatch a replacement.
All tubs leave our facility in
pristine new condition and since the shippers insurance will be voided unless
the above procedure of inspection is followed, we cannot be held responsible
for damage noted at a later date.
Free pick up from our warehouse facility is available for uncrated tubs.
No Hassle Returns We understand that sometimes online purchases online don't quite turn
out exactly as expected when you get them in the home. We try to make
returns as easy and least costly as possible. Here's how it works;
1. You call us 1.888.397.7477 to inform us. 2. We will charge you 50% of the outward shipping plus 100% of the return shipping. 3. We do not charge any re-stocking fees. 4. We bare the costs of re-stocking and 50% of the outward shipping. 5.
If you prefer, you can pay for and ship the item back to us at your
expense. However, being a large shipper, we do qualify for discounts of
around 80% on our preferred shippers, so it will most likely cost you
less for us to arrange the return shipping, but it is your choice. 6. We will request payment for the 50% outward and the 100% return shipping up front. 7.
When the item is returned to us in good original condition, we will
refund your original order price within 3 days of receipt. 8. If parts are missing or damaged, we will contact you and inform you of this as we will need to deduct any repair costs. 9.
Unless there are parts missing or some big damage, your total out of
pocket expense on the return will be half the outward shipping and the
entire return shipping cost.
