Product Details

A stunning, sleek double slipper bathtub.
The 'Avignon-73' is a fabulous 73” long double slipper clawfoot bathtub. This tub offers fabulous design with a very traditional shape. While not a modern tub, can certainly be placed in a more contemporary bathroom for an interesting contrast. Nice bathing space inside, suitable for one taller or perhaps even two medium sized bathers.

Finishing
This is our fabulous Polished Brass version of our 73" double slipper. This tub has a pure brass coated and polished exterior; it has a thick cast iron center and a high gloss, high grade enameled interior. While we apply a protective clear beeswax to the tub exterior before shipping, the brass will naturally tarnish over time. Further applications of beeswax will slow any patina and to remove any unwanted patina, a soft cloth and some polish will work perfectly.
The brass is applied to the tub exterior as it exits the mold portraying natural, interesting and unique mold markings which truly enhance the beauty of the tub.
To maintain the shiny finish, a simple wipe with a soft cloth and some Mothers polish will remove any marks or stains.
