'The Had a Hard Life Tub' Package 61 " Cast Iron Double Ended Tub with Antiqued Exterior

Product Details
It looks like a tub that needs a little TLC. Not for everyone, but will look exceptional in the correct setting, either modern or vintage. This very cool double ended tub package is finished with brushed nickel fittings. The exterior shell is first sprayed with two layers of an iron based coating. After this, we applied a coral pink single stage paint and then sanded it all over. To finish, we applied some filler in a few areas to represent the look of rusted areas that had been partly repaired. The inspiration for the colors came from an old building in Mexico, but we can prepare similar treatments in any choice of color.
The Had a Hard Life Tub package is supplied with a Victoriana freestanding tub faucet with H Stand and a Victoriana tub drain, all finished in brushed nickel.

Finishing
The coated exterior is very easy to maintain and keep clean. Just a wipe with a soft cloth will remove most marks. The interior of the tub is hand applied enamel. Both the tub interior and exterior are hand finished, so no surface is perfectly flat or 100% even. Each Penhaglion Hand Finished tub is one of a kind.
